Project Description: This project consists of three individual buildings: D1 and D2 are industrial workshops, and D3 is an R&D building. Below elevation ±0.00 of D1~D3, a shared underground parking garage is provided. The underground parking garage has a floor area of approximately 18,171 m² and is of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. D1 workshop is a five-story steel structure concrete workshop with a floor area of 18,627 m²; D2 workshop is a four-story steel structure concrete workshop with a floor area of 7,581 m²; D3 R&D building is a nine-story steel structure concrete structure (core wall is reinforced concrete shear wall) with a floor area of 21,585 m². The total floor area is approximately 65,964 m².
