Project Brief:  

The total land area of this project is 69,417.5 m², with a total gross floor area of 77,213.45 m². The above‑ground floor area is 62,137.33 m², comprising the basement, art center, primary school teaching building, primary school guard house, gymnasium, middle school teaching building, middle school guard house, and the bridge crossing Yumin South Road.

- Art Center: one story underground, four stories above ground, building height 21.1 m

- Gymnasium: one story underground, four stories above ground, building height 22.2 m

- Bridge crossing Yumin South Road: two stories above ground, building height 13.45 m

- Primary school outdoor steel structured bridge: two stories above ground, building height 10.55 m

- Middle school outdoor steel structured bridge: one story above ground, building height 4.9 m

- Primary & middle school outdoor ramps: one story above ground, building height 0–4.9 m
