Project location: West of Chuangye Avenue, North of Haisheng Road, East of Zhenxing Road, and South of Yu’a Highway, Alar Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Total construction floor area: 65,990.76 m².
Scope of work includes: Civil works (foundation concrete grade C30), flooring using 20 mm thick C30 green diamond hardener floor topping, steel structure works, interior fire protection works, and additionally roof skylight works.
Exclusions: Floor reinforcement, hardened floor finishing, electrical room and substation works, toilet finishing works, outdoor auxiliary works, outdoor fire protection works, water/electricity supply works, HVAC works, project supervision fees, project testing fees, equipment foundations, interior drainage trenches, as well as earth backfilling and earth removal works, and other miscellaneous works.
